Florian Eugene Lucien Muller, young and ambitious elite, is the Chef De Cuisine of Harbour Grand Hong Kong and responsible to oversee the whole culinary operation of Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge.  


As French national, Chef Florian was born, bred and inspired to start culinary career in his home country at tender age. After gaining abundant experience in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants, he was swiftly promoted to be Executive Chef to master French cuisine with his own unique style and creativity. From then on, his prominent expertise not only further reinforced his determination in culinary excellence but also motivated him to escalate from moving to Hong Kong.


Prior to joining Harbour Grand Hong Kong, Chef Florian served as Executive Chef in 5 Star Hotel and Michelin-starred French restaurant based in Hong Kong and France. Florian is a top-notch chef to shine brightly on French cuisine with a twist of his distinctive inspirations and honing skills, which definitely will enable him to create masterpieces at Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge.
