Harbour Grand Hong Kong earned two prestigious international accolades — Luxury Business Hotel Award (2014 World Luxury Hotel Country Category) by World Luxury Hotel Awards 2014 for the third consecutive year and 2014 Best Guest Review Award 2014 from leading on-line travel agency Booking.com to recognize its commitment to excellence and exceptional service.

The World Luxury Hotel Awards are the world’s most prestigious and exclusive awards recognizing the world class facilities and service excellence the hotel industry has to offer. Only hotels, lodges and resorts operating in a luxury niche market are able to participate. Winners are purely judged on overall service excellence and effective management voted by international tour operators, travel agents and hotel guests. This year, over 1,000 hotels, lodges, resorts and private islands from 145 countries had been nominated for the awards.

Booking.com is a leading worldwide online hotel reservations agency, offers these awards each year for hostels with outstanding performance as well as an average score of 8 or above, out of a possible total of 10. The ratings are provided by guests and refer to the level of guest satisfaction with service and facilities.
